Our factory mainly has garment production factory and electronic production factory. The garment factory mainly includes the garment design department, production section, cutting workshop, production workshop, post-finishing workshop, ironing workshop, and storage room. Garment design team, targeted market, target brand survey, follow the trend of the times, select fabrics, design and develop new products. According to the customized needs of enterprises and units, we combine professional characteristics, team culture and fashion trends, etc., and consider various aspects such as color, fabric, style, shape, and matching of clothing to provide the best design solutions. According to different styles and fabrics, special equipment and different processes are used to produce. From design, sampling to production, and shipment, there is a clear division of labor and a standardized production process.
The electronic production factory contains an apparel production department, SMT production line, plug-in post-soldering, IC burn-in, fixture department, PE (field guidance), assembly department, etc. While the production line produces various products such as electric heating modules, electric heating apparel, cooling apparel, etc., the workshop quality department and testing and experiment center check the products at all levels and test them repeatedly to ensure the capacity and production quality.
