We recommend that you use your heated knee pads for between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Our heated knee pads are set to a timed heating mode of 30 minutes: When the controller on H or M or L level, Press the button till the indicator flashes, the heating system enters Timing mode, it will auto-off after heating for 30mins.
If you use a lower temperature to keep your knees warm, you can also use the heated knee pads for up to 2 hours. If you need to keep your knees warm for longer, you can use them for longer.
